I am a fifth-year Ph.D. Candidate and Kirk Dornbush Fellow in the Department of Economics at Vanderbilt University. I received my M.S. in Agricultural, Food, and Resource Economics from Michigan State University in 2020.
I study problems in the innovation, diffusion, and adoption of new technologies. Currently, I study how innovators strategically innovate and diffuse their technologies internationally using both structural modeling and reduced form methods. My past research at Michigan State used contingent valuation methods to explore how landowners adopt technologies and practices that mitigate environmental pollution.Â
